  • Sasha was born and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico. She has been living in Miami with her two sons for fifteen years. An avid athlete and a dancer; a car accident left her unable to enjoy many activities. Pilates changed that and has become her passion. She received her Matt and Equipment Pilates certification in the Classical Pilates by the Method with Maria Forrest at Forrest Pilates in Miami. Sasha has been dedicated to her Pilates practice for over seven years. She recently received her Buff Bones license. She enjoys sharing Pilates healing and training aspects with her students.

  • Growing up in Puerto Rico led Richard to have a love for music and dance from a very young age. After his first Ballet classes, he quickly became an unstoppable dancing machine who danced his way into graduating from Columbia College in Chicago. Once he acquired his BA, Richard dived right into dancing and teaching professionally, finding Stott Pilates and fitness along the way. He has now been teaching Pilates Reformer and Cadillac for 8 years, while also becoming a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association.

It’s safe to say Richard has found his calling in movement as a form of healing the body, the mind, and the spirit. His infectiously positive yet motivating energy drives his clients to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals while maintaining a positive headspace. When you have Richard as your trainer, be ready to feel safe and supported, get pushed to limits you never knew were accessible to you, and have a blast while getting into the best shape of your life.

  • From an early age, Salima found herself intrigued and fascinated by fitness. Her interest was piqued when her school’s football coach encouraged her to start strength training and lifting. This early exposure to training really helped her earn an appreciation for, and the importance of proper form; something she continuously stresses when training. Although the proper form is key, Salima implements another influence to her training: the importance of physical fitness balanced with mental fitness.

While working a corporate job Salima realized her joy came from helping her coworkers with their workouts and giving tips on nutrition. In 2004 Salma decided to follow her passion and began her career as a personal trainer, and hasn’t looked back.

No matter the client’s stage of life, or physical fitness, Salima loves introducing people to their inner warrior. “Seeing my clients realize that they are stronger than they thought is why I love being a trainer. When that realization clicks with them, that they can become mentally and physically stronger, that is when I am able to introduce them to the greater version of themselves; my favorite part.”

Salima is an expert at enhancing her clients’ lifestyles with physical activity and nutrition without it feeling like a burden. She encourages her clients’ to challenge their current mindset, enabling them to achieve their personal best.

Certified through PTA Global, as well as a certified Holistic Wellness Coach through IIN (Institute for Integrated Nutrition), Salima provides results proving “You can create the temple and life of your dreams, You are the designer of your destiny!
